1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern the sale of tailoring, alteration, and upholstery services by the ByRostova atelier.

2. Services

ByRostova commits to performing the work in accordance with the specifications agreed upon during the consultation. The execution time is estimated when the item is dropped off.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Consultations are by appointment. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of repeated late cancellations, ByRostova reserves the right to charge a compensation fee.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices shown are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the work. Payment is due in cash, via Twint, or by bank transfer upon delivery of the finished piece.

5. Liability

ByRostova assumes no liability for damage resulting from the intrinsic quality of the fabric provided by the client (hidden defects, extreme fragility).

6. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. The legal jurisdiction is located in the Canton of Vaud.
